I almost considered a good review until I realized they didn’t even offer complimentary water or pastries, just a faux warm welcome instead.

Arriving was a nightmare due to the lack of communication and no receptionist present. We struggled to enter the building, feeling like it was abandoned, only to be let in by a resident. The elevator was cramped and felt unsafe, adding to our woes.

Perfect spot in Sorrento!
The location was so convenient! Just a hop away from shops and eateries. The room was clean and comfy. We loved the outdoor dining area for breakfast – such a nice touch! Only thing was the Wi-Fi was a bit hit or miss. Overall, it added a great vibe to our trip.

The Junior Suite with Balcony was super stylish and comfortable. Large balcony was a nice bonus for chilling out. Room was clean and well-appointed. The breakfast was pretty fantastic, thanks to Lisa! Only downside was some noise from a nearby sports facility, but it wasn't too bad. The coffee situation was a bit annoying since we couldn't use the cappuccino machine ourselves, but we managed.
